Porth Trecastell — long nicknamed Cable Bay for the telegraph cable that once ran ashore here — is a compact sandy cove on Anglesey's west coast. On the headland above stands Barclodiad y Gawres, a 5,000-year-old chambered tomb with rare decorated stones.
