A 3.6-mile paved trail and boardwalk along the Saluda River near Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia, the Saluda Riverwalk features a spectacular boardwalk section with views of the Millrace Rapids. Established as a city park in 2021, the easy trail is suitable for wheelchairs and strollers with mostly gentle grades. Popular for walking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and fishing, with an ease-of-entry access point below the boardwalk for water sports. Open 6 AM to 9 PM, dogs welcome on leash.
